Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food to avoid digestive upset. For jet lag, take one capsule at bedtime while travelling and at the destination until adaped to the new time zone or daily patter. For all other uses, take 2 capsules once a day at bedtime.
Caution: Known adverse reactions: Stop use if allergic reactions occur. May cause drowsiness. Exercise caution when operating machinery or driving, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Discontinue use if headache, confusion, or nausea occurs. Cautions and Warnings: Avoid alcohol and drowsiness-causing products. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks or if taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, also if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraine. Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen. Contraindications: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
