It's been thirty years since the release of Surfer Rosa - a record made up of rage, religion, gore, incest and superheroes named Tony - a debut album so good that it's since seen as a masterpiece. A year prior came Come On Pilgrim, an eight-track mini-album released in 1987 which contained cuts culled from their first ever studio session, where they famously recorded seventeen tracks in just three days (in full, this session makes up the band's much bootlegged and now officially released The Purple Tape). These formative records showed the Pixies to be an alien breed; four oddball outsiders from Boston blending US underground thrash rock, indie surf pop and Spanish-language flamenco with the Biblical mythology of Francis' childhood. They would go on to record another masterpiece in 1989's Doolittle but it's the gruesome glory of Surfer Rosa, and the ruined sexuality of it's cover image (a topless flamenco dancer in a crumbling Mexican bar) that set a fresh blueprint for an indie rock dynamism that not only planted the seeds of grunge (Kurt Cobain would admit that he was trying to imitate the record while writing Nevermind) but of much of the best rock music made since. To celebrate this milestone, Pixies are playing five sold-out intimate shows at London's Roundhouse this October and preceding them is the release of Come On Pilgrim... It's Surfer Rosa, the thirtieth anniversary edition which contains Come On Pilgrim, Surfer Rosa and Live From The Fallout Shelter, a concert-cum-session that first aired in late-1986 on WJUL in Lowell, MA. "An unparalleled example of rule-smashing innovation in independent music." Perfect gentle routine for newborn skin

We started using the Tubby Todd 3-Step Baby Bath & Skincare set when our baby was just weeks old, and it has been amazing for delicate newborn skin.
The Hair + Body Wash is extremely gentle and doesn’t irritate or dry out the skin. It rinses clean and has a very mild, pleasant scent.
The Everyday Lotion keeps our baby’s skin soft and smooth without feeling heavy or sticky. It’s perfect for daily use after bath time.
The All-Over Ointment is great for extra-dry areas, especially around the cheeks and legs. It creates a protective barrier that helps prevent dryness, especially in cooler weather.
We appreciate that this brand avoids harsh chemicals and focuses on clean, baby-safe ingredients. This routine has become part of our nightly bath time and has kept our newborn’s skin healthy and moisturized.

It didn’t work for my baby

I’ve been using the products for about a week now and haven’t noticed any improvement in my baby’s skin. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean, fragrance-free, and that the ointment is thick and suitable for eczema. However, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning results within a few days, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. For me, it wasn’t worth the money. At first I thought my baby had ringworm but I took him to his pediatrician and she said it’s a mild eczema, I don’t want to do steroid lotion, I purchased this hoping it would help and it hasn’t

Before and after baby newborn acne

As a first-time mom, I was really stressed when my newborn developed baby acne. The doctor told me it’s normal, but it was still hard to see. I tried other products like Nutella, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to help.
Then I decided to try this product — both the face ointment and the body lotion — and I’m so glad I did. My baby actually loves it! Unlike other lotions, it doesn’t feel cold on her skin, so she no longer cries when I apply it.
The biggest difference was how quickly it worked. Within just 2 days, her acne improved so much. I was honestly surprised and relieved.
I definitely recommend this product to other parents. For reference, my baby is Asian, and it worked very well for her skin.

Best for Eczema sensitive skin
Scent: Fragrance-Free - Standard Size
If you have a baby with sensitive skin and eczema this is the best stuff! Took me so many lotions and shampoo to figure out the best one for my son! It is a lil bit pricey but lasts awhile. The non fragrance is our go to and still smells good. Moisture last all day with the ointment one!
