You need:

• 3.5mm hook
• elastic thread (shorts waistband)
• cotton with yardage 50g=125m (I used 590g for all pieces size M/L)
• crochet essentials (stitch markers, measuring tape, darning needle)

The pieces took me between 4-14 hours to make.

You will have to do some basic calculations to get your measurements.
