Artist statement: The nine small paintings I am including in ETA35 are from an ongoing series of daily paintings based on my observations of the spaces and places I experience. These paintings are an opportunity for me to slow down and mediate on a scene or a snapshot from my day and to explore acrylic gouache, which is one of my favorite mediums.
