Directions for Use
Mix 18g (1 1/2 metric tbsp or 2 heaped dessert spoon) once daily into any liquid of choice , such as smoothies, soups, coffee, juice or as part of a post workout shake with 400mls of liquid. Collagen Build is unflavoured and dissolves in hot & cold liquid.
