De familie Runkel is al vijf generaties lang betrokken bij de wijnbouw in Rheinhessen. De bijbehorende ervaring, de voortreffelijke wijngaarden en de vaardigheden van Christian en Matthias Runkel vormen de kwaliteit van de wijnen. De oude ranken voor deze Bischel Grauer Burgunder staan aangeplant in losse zand bodems van Appenheimer Daubhaus en de bodems van de St. Laurenzikapelle, die worden gedomineerd door kalksteen. Dit draagt samen bij maken van een top witte wijn van de Grauer Burgunder.De oogst van de Grauer Burgunder
Op de steile hellingen worden nog steeds de Grauer Burgunder druiven met de hand geoogst. Tros voor tros wordt gecontroleerd en bekeken of deze geschikt is voor deze top wijn. De opbrengst is niet veel, maar van zulke buitengewone kwaliteit. Ook niet gek dat de oogst van Bischel wordt geroemd in heel Rheinhessen. In kleine kratjes worden de druiven vervoerd als een prins. Te veel trossen op elkaar zouden te veel schade aanrichten, en dat is niet wenselijk. De trossen worden zacht geperst. Het sap wordt gedeeltelijk gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks en gedeeltelijk in houten vaten. Het goud gele sap rijpt een aantal maanden in de mooie wijnkelders van Bischel.De geur en smaak van de Bischel Grauer Burgunder
Het is echt een Duist feest om te drinken, wat een verfijning heeft deze wijn en dat begint al als de dop open gaat. Een prachtig boeket van rijpe appels, peren en een hint sinaasappel. Bij het inschenken van deze Bischel Grauer Burgunder komt hij helemaal los, door de lucht geeft hij geuren van exotisch fruit en wat rode appels. De smaak is rijk en zeer vol te noemen, een echte Grauer Burgunder! Heerlijk, veel wit fruit prachtige nuances van kruiden, sinaasappel en citrus. Heerlijke bij lichte vleesgerechten of kalfsvlees, maar ook bij pittige pasta en rucola.Shipping Notes

It's Working

I like how it softens and protect hair. I am using sparingly on my scalp and have not used enough to see hair growth yet. I have had it for a month but do not use daily. I am growing my grey hair out and I have noticed that some of the white hairs are more salt and pepper now so it naturally darkens hair. My friend who told me about the product has been using it longer and her grey hairs are pretty much unnoticed by the natural darkening effect, blending enough to give her a light brown look. I have extremely fine thin fragile hair so I leave it on instead of rinsing or washing it out per instructions, that is another reason I do not use daily on hair and scalp. So far I have not had any negative side effects by using sparingly and leaving in until weekly wash. There is a strong smokey smell but not overwhelming for me and the scent dicipates within an hour or less.so I am not bothered by it. After using product on my hair, I rub a little on my nails & cuticles. It appears to help, as my cuticles are a lot healthier now.

Ash vs. Moisture/Success?

The product feels great on the skin and moisturizes well. Although, don't be fooled by the smokey coffee detail. I'm an avid expresso bean grinder and drinker, this is no coffee. Smells like strong chain smokers favorite corner of the house on a stressful day. Imagine ash trays and Jojoba blended. Now that that's explained, it genuinely feels great on the skin/beard/scalp. Unfortunately, I am unsure how long my wife will tolerate this as a nighttime routine.

So far nothing amazing

So I’ve been using for a couple of weeks now and I haven’t noticed any difference. I am going to continue on. I don’t know if it takes time for it to actually show some results. I will say two things about it. It comes solid for 12 my jar cracked and broken And it’s non-returnable so I just have to deal with it so that’s unfortunate after paying $20 second of all it is a solid mass so you have to put it in your hands and kind of warm it up for it to become any sort of an oil and I wouldn’t even consider it an oil at that it’s more of like a cream once you warm it up in your hands, but it doesn’t make your hair greasy. I use a small amount I would think that the jar would last a long time given that you don’t need a lot to get through to your scalp unfortunately, with my jar being cracked, I don’t know how that’s gonna affect the longevity of the product And it does have a smell think of burnt coffee beans that will dissipate after about an hour to an hour and a half after putting it on, but if you’re not putting it on, I’m just going to bed. It might be become an issue. I’m gonna wait it out. I hope I do see results from doing this but again so far nothing.
