Posto in bottiglia in tempi brevi, al fine di preservare tutte le inebrianti sfumature olfattive caratteristiche delle varietà natie, è un vino fresco e godibillissimo, di beva immediata.
Ottimo in abbinamento ad antipasti di mare e risotti di pesce, si sposa bene anche con i piatti a base di verdure.
