  • The water pump of the liquid cooler is a new generation of water pump system, different from ordinary water pumps, the water pump is a new IPS LCD screen, which can support DIY various static & dynamic picture switching, support 1080P 60 frames of video playback (subject to software), increase visual appreciation while dissipating heat.
  • The size of the water cooling radiator is 277*120*52mm, the speed of the water pump is 3000RPM±10%, the voltage: DC 12V, the operating noise is ≤23dBA, with the cooperation of the high speed of the water pump and the pwm fan, it can ensure that the pc cooler can cool the CPU for a long time and excellently.
  • The cooler fan adopts STABLY-FDB V2 bearing (abbreviation: S-FDB bearing), which can solve the problem of fan blade shaking in hoisting mode, and greatly improve the performance of the cooling fan. The S-FDB bearings have an industrial service life of up to 20,000 hours, ensuring the service life of the CPU liquid cooler.

Received giftcard money to replace my plan-protected malfunctioning motherboard
I've been subscribing to the Asurion protection plan for a while. Recently, an Asus Prime PC motherboard I had bought a few months ago on Amazon stopped working well. I ended up considering filing a claim with Asurion to see if they would either fix/replace it or issue the purchase price money, so I could buy the failed electronics replacement component again for my custom-built PC. I went to the protection plan's website and started the claim filing process but couldn't find the category my failed component would be under in order to select it from the drop-down list. I ended up messaging the live customer service. The chat messaging was somewhat slow, the agent told me they were experiencing some communication delays throughout their systems. Ultimately, the agent was very kind and understanding, and completed the claim filing process for me on her side by asking me to provide the necessary info such as the item's product name, date of purchase, price before taxes, etc. I received a printable UPS shipping label in the email, printed it, and returned the item in the mail. Approximately 2 days later, I received an Amazon giftcard code in the email with the dollar amount equal to the item's price before the sales tax. Then I redeemed the giftcard code on the Amazon page and proceeded to apply the giftcard money to my next purchase of a replacement Asus prime motherboard, and it all worked out successfully. Therefore, I had no issues with the protection plan service and recommend it to others.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Cheap Insurance - Easy Claims Process!
I bought this warranty plan for a Dell monitor about 3.5 years ago. About a month ago, it started to give me some intermittent problems (very fast flickering & image retention). I tried everything I could to troubleshoot the issue, but it just kept coming back. I had some issues with logging into my Asurion account because I used an EDU email, which I no longer have access to. I sent a message to Asurion here on Amazon and they sent me my plan details and everything I needed to make a claim within 24 hrs. Once I was able to log into my account online, the claims process couldn't be faster/easier. I used the chat function and provided the rep with the issues I was having with my monitor. The rep immediately emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send my monitor to one of their repair facilities. I got another email when my monitor was received stating that repairs could take up to 5 business days. However, the very next day I got another email stating that my monitor couldn't be repaired and they would be reimbursing me the full purchase price. I received another email with an Amazon gift card for the full price of the monitor within minutes. This is my first experience with Asurion and I'm very impressed. The customer service is top notch. If I ever buy another expensive electronic item from Amazon, I'm definitely buying an extended warranty from Asurion.
