The moderately rainy 2018 vintage delivers a complex, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon layered with blackberry and red currant notes, complemented by sophisticated hints of cigar tobacco, chili-infused chocolate, and fresh mint. Aged 18 months in predominantly new French oak, this medium to full-bodied wine exhibits silky, refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral-laced finish that showcases both Mediterranean character and remarkable finesse.
