This is a fantastic medium bodied red from hand harvested 100 year old Carignan and 45 year old Mourvedre, 20% whole bunch, 80% destemmed, fermented separately, aged outdoors in twin 2500l foudres. No added sulphur. It's balanced and fresh with a bracing

It's balanced and fresh with a bracing acidity and decent tannin heft while still retaining the animal characteristics of the Mourvèdre. Perfect for a damp British winter.
