給家長的小技巧
  1. 讓孩子觀看的時間，可以視情況調整，一開始可以比較長一些，大約10秒，然後逐步縮短時間。
  2. 可以允許孩子「偷看」，但須有限制。例如，可以偷看兩次，每次3秒，而非無限制的一直翻來翻去。
